Weasel words

I have to laugh at the Republicans who are condemning Obama's stimulus package because it costs "three quarters of a -trillion- dollars!" This amounts to 750 billion, exactly the amount they wanted and got for their bail-out of Wall Street and the banks. They are also promising to make sure "every dollar is spent wisely". These are the same people who wanted to hand over that first 750 billion without any provisions or oversight.

Amazing that anyone falls for their spiels.
