Well, I thought I had the next month's reading all lined up: first finish THE PLACE OF ENCHANTMENT, then PRINCESS NEST OF WALES, and onward to Maurice Satre's THE MIDDLE EAST UNDER ROME. But DAW Books sent me a copy of Kari Sperring's LIVING WITH GHOSTS, so I read the first few pages last night. Now I have to finish that before proceeding with my cunning plan.
Excellent beginning . . . sucks you right in . . .
When I look at my TBR list I at times feel despair. Gods I buy a lot of books! I tend to write in the margins, you see, of research materials, so I don't borrow those from the public library. I really hate getting a library book and finding some jerk has written in it, always it seems with thick ballpoint pen.
How many people here think writing in books is sacrilege? Even your own books, I mean?
